Finding Flow in Nature...

...and Sharing It With The World

For as long as I remember I have made the connection between our relationship in nature and our duty to protect it. Since the 80’s, talk has been of our need to push back against the industries that are causing environmental degradation and biodiversity loss.

Now, more than ever, we are faced with a daunting task to bring heavy polluters into control and motivate others to care enough to be a united force. Momentum is there, but more effort is needed.

Aligning my values and efforts with the energy behind Protect Our Winters will give my passions a vehicle to ignite positive change for our planet. As someone who spends every opportunity in the mountains and ocean, sharing my skills in media to fight for the most important cause of our time is a calling I will pursue with diligence and vigor.

Link to the original article The early dawn light was barely breaking through the surrounding trees as I drove up Brundage Mountain. With each passing minute, I could see more definition on the white hillsides. By the time I reached the base of the ski area, the morning light was just bright enough to reveal a

Commercial Spot for Canadian Wilderness Adventures: Ebike Tour

This spot for Canadian Wilderness Adventures was a classic one-day quick-rip without planning, but we just rolled with what we got. The budget was less than $1000, so we didn’t exactly have much to work with. Still, all things considered, I feel like it did a great job showcasing the beauty of the Whistler region

Lululemon: Further – Profile of Montana Farrah-Seaton

This was a fun project from Whistler in 2023. Lululemon created the Further event to showcase their investment in women’s ultra running. What impressed me was how much they were actually giving towards the science and research of the athletes. Sure, they were developing several products to sell along the way, and very few decisions

From Seniors To Seniors: Advice Between Generations

This video was a special project I completed for Meridian Senior Living to showcase some of their residents. It was nothing flashy, just a static camera position and a few dozen interviewees sharing their perspective on life and what it means to live a great life. No flasy effects, no crazy camera movement, just a

“Seeding The Stoke” in Mountain Life Magazine

This project was very near and dear to my heart. For as long as I can remember, i’ve loved mountain biking. My second real bike was built for trails and I haven’t looked back. Over the years, I got into trail building, and turned it into a job, and a great way to give back

Creating content is a broad term, and has been watered down in recent years due to oversaturation. Every brand and agency now has someone developing content, but how many truly know how to tell a story that can grip a person’s heart? It’s only by truly knowing the audience you’re speaking to that you can reach them effectively.
